Returns and warranty management

For handmade products, a certain variability in their characteristics is inherent to the manufacturing process and should be considered a value.
The application of any guarantee is excluded in case of use or washing of the Product that does not conform to that of the Product and to the instructions / warnings provided by the Seller and / or the Owner, or reported in the reference illustrative documentation, in the tags or in the labels.
